Day 2 plan

Typical D2 - meetup at a drink spot near their place. Get coffee/boba/soda. Whatever.
Decide if you like her or not. SOI a bit, build up attraction. Mention you want to show her your favorite place in the town you're in (research town beforehand or visit Yelp). Outdoor cozy malls are cool. Walk around then go for kiss close or makeout. Stop first, then pretend she's turning you on. Continue walking around. Pull to another place no one's around.. then start making out. Stop. (Be sure to research places where it's really easy to close - there's usually never anyone around). Continue making it seem like she's really turning you on.. but you're the one with self control.
If you have a hotel room, mention you want to show her the awesome view from your tower, then after get food at the restaurant. Go there, makeout, stop. Tell her she's turning you on more.. then walk a couple steps with her to your room, makeout every so often, keep talking dirty, then when u get into the room and near bed, makeout hard, finger bang, clothes come off, then close.
If you have no hotel room, but a car, mention you want to show her an awesome view from wherever, then will get food. Go there, close in car.
If you have no car, mention the awesome view from some private location near a great food place(call it something cool like the place with a glorious view ref. Tim).. and make out hard, a couple times, finger bang her and close. Then get food.
Finally, if you want to try to pull at her place... you need an excuse. If you can get into her place, you can save yourself the headache of getting a hotel room or trying to isolate in private spots each time you come. To do this, mention you make awesome chocolate strawberries, ice-cream sundaes or whatever. Go grocery shopping and get the food, if you can get a movie too, get that. Tell her you'll just be over for a bit. After making the food and sitting down, escalate until you can get her into bed.
Talk to her straight comfort, even get ice cream later and then send her off.
Day 3 Plan

Meet up again at different place, if she tells you to pick her up from her house, do so. You may have to battle some buyer's remorse, but just text game and reframe to get her to come out. Make it sound like you have another 'interesting' plan for your 'date' ... you want to show something special.
Get something to drink again. Keep snacks lite. Show her another cool place in town, preferably private with a lookout. Pull her again for makeout. Move her around a bit while you makeout in several areas. Put her on something like a chair. Try to finger her to orgasm. Talk extremely dirty to her.. make it seem like she's seducing you and she's this ultra hot sexy goddess you just can't get away from.. You wanna frame her as the seductress so she starts associating the good times with 'her' seducing you... that's how you can take care of vulnerability - you're not coming off way too alpha.
Go get food. Then suggest enjoying at her place, if you already got in before. If not, then try to get in this time.. mention you really want to show off your margarita skills, go grab some groceries and a video, try again. If you can close, this time work it for several hours. Afterwards just enjoy the movie/food talk about fantasies. Tell her yours so she'll know for next time.
If you can't... then you're sorta screwed. Subsequent visits will just be in the car or private areas. $$$. If you don't mind, close in the car, or a private area, then see her off. Maybe you can try next time.. but it's doubtful. If she makes her mind up not to let you in the first two times, you may as well move on. She's not that invested.
Day 4 Plan

Meet up at original place (rotate venues). Kiss her. Suggest going to somewhere 'exciting' (sexual like a sex shop or dirty section of video store). Suggest some dirty ideas in her head as you look around. Bounce to her place and get it on. If you can't... then you should try at the hotel you're staying at, if you have no house, try the car or the private area no one ever watches. Get it on for several hours.. but this time, let her enact out some of the fantasies you talked about in Day 3. You can get some investment that way.
Eat.
Go somewhere nice for dinner this time - KBBQ, Sushi, whatever. It's your way of rewarding her for being so invested. If there's a nightclub, you can dance and try to close her there on the dance floor for a bit (especially if it's dark). Bounce. Take her back home and just enjoy being with her. You can close if you want, but it would be better if you leave her wanting more and just focus on having a nice time with her.
Day 5 (continuous)

Meet at her place. Close. Go to meet other people, have a fun day in whatever city you're in, spend money if she's really invested, or if not, just dump her at some point. Introduce her to friends, hang out, then take her back and close again using 'movie' or 'dinner' as an excuse.

You just need a good excuse.. but initially it's hard to get in if she's not invested in you.
